An overview of

Our journey

Founded in 1988, International Building Investment Inc. began as a hands-on construction business built from the ground up by Rod Edwards. With early roots in framing, structural work, and residential new construction, the company developed its foundation in the field before expanding into broader renovation, remodeling, and maintenance services

Over time, IBI grew from a one-man operation into a multi-division/multi-state company with over 100 employees, serving clients across multiple markets. Along the way, the company built its reputation by focusing on practical problem-solving, disciplined execution, and doing what is in the best interest of the client. Today, IBI is known not only for the work it performs, but for the long-term value, trusted partnerships, and strategic thinking it brings to every project.

With expertise spanning construction management, finance, human resources, operations, and project delivery, our leaders work collaboratively to ensure exceptional results.
