Source and customize generic photos/videos from stock libraries to support hero sections (top of page) to work within the theme.

For generating photos, animated graphics and video. Mainly for HOME and SERVICES pages and other generic visuals.

30+ live feed options from social media to scheduling meetings.

Content integration:
Fully integrated, content-rich design for all pages, replacing placeholders with finalized content and applying the approved Brand Kit.
Responsive testing:
Finalized behavior and performance optimizations, validating layout, speed, and usability across devices (HD, desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile).
Animations and interactions:
Refining animation effects to enhance user experience while maintaining performance.
Website launch:
Hosting: Subscribing to a FRAMER Pro paid plan (and migrating from the current domain hosting provider and directing the (.com) to the new Framer website server
Post launch:
If required, tweaking any design and fixing technical issues.

Posting regularly at least once a week on Linkedin, X and Instagram. Topics include before-and-after transformations, behind-the-scenes, project updates timelapses, client testimonials, educational DIY tips, team spotlights, design inspiration, local community involvement, and FAQs
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): ongoing
For location-based browser search as well as Ai generated search results. By boosting search terms like 'property contractors near me' , 'Bay Area interior contractors', 'Top-Rated Residential Construction in Sacramento' etc.
